2. Using the platform

eParisheva connects local shoppers with verified neighbourhood shops across a range of markets. You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict the use of, the Platform by others.

You are responsible for keeping any account information accurate and for all activity that takes place through your use of the Platform.

3. Sellers and listings

Shops that sell on eParisheva are independent businesses. While we verify sellers before they go live, eParisheva is not the manufacturer or provider of the products and services listed, and does not guarantee their quality, safety, or legality.

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, pricing, availability, fulfilment, and compliance with applicable laws.

4. Orders and payments

Prices, offers, and availability are set by individual shops and may change without notice. Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which the relevant shop may accept or decline.

Any payment terms, delivery timelines, and return policies are governed by the applicable shop and any additional terms shown at checkout.

5. Intellectual property

The eParisheva name, logo, and all Platform content and software are owned by eParisheva or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without prior written permission.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, eParisheva shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or from transactions between shoppers and shops.
